    Hi All, My I-140 ws recently approved using LC-Sub in EB-3 from CSC, LC sub has date Nov 2001, but LC Sub ws used to File I-140 in 10 Dec 2003. What is priority data in my case. Is it when LC Sub was filed or when my I-140 was files? In what catagory my case will fall if filed before 31st Dec 2004?

    I-140 Non-Conc, LC Sub & I-140 from CSC on Dec 26 2003. Any chance of this getting approv in next 5/6 months? Comparing I-140 Approval in all processing center, CSC seems to approve less # of I-140.Vermont is highest, any reasons for this.
