Take Medical examination now.

I'm on grace period after resigning on L1A.
-Could filing B2 at end of grace period lead to overstay issues.
-Can my former employer may be able to rehire you on L1A without leaving the US if done within the grace period
-Worst case, Does coming back on TN make me eligible for GC?
-Can EB-1C to EB-1A be converted?

@DEEPAMENON Hi i had received my 2NL(CN:2025OCXXXXX119) scheduled interview for late October found out that i made a mistake by repeating my surname or family name on two of my children. What would be your advise do i email the Embassy on this or wait for the Interview and mention it.
