Did you receive the notice of approval? I need to get the visa stamp because I want to travel aboard in May but my AP expired and new one is still pending. My lawyer sucks big time. If I could fire her, I could probably have got my GC 2 years ago.

Hi Congrats. I saw some of your posts. A little similar to mine. I have called that emergency # 3 times. The 1st and 3rd times they said my case was still pending for name check. The second time a lady said my name check is already cleared. Anyway, I got a fax today from my congressman...
