Hello! Don't you think there is something too strange here......? It smells all this case was carefully planned at the very beginning. Suddenly some people on the forum were too confident the DV2012 selectees would be abolished, then it happened, then suddenly remembered about the Republicans' wish to cease the DV, then was declared "on or about July 15", then lawsuit (too strange process), then injunction (not known yet... waited...), then ideas about appeal even after the redraw would be done on July 15....
I really think something serious is developing not for this year, but for globally - for coming future; maybe the processes will also include this year's results or in the best solution - not. It is too bad that forumites are too active to develop some ideas on myths...
