    Follow this procedure: 1. Write a letter addressed to CSC officer .. 2. Put the paper in the fax m/c with the written side facing down 3. Punch the number where u want to send that .. 4. press "SEND" the green button .. 5. I guess, BCIS would rcv it then .. 6. wait for another year...
