how long did it take you to get conditionally approved? I applied about a week ago or so. I've heard it can take a while.
No that's normal actually. First you get conditionally approved, and then you go for interview in person, after that fully approved.

Good for you. Mine is expired, so I don't know if RTD alone will be sufficient
First of all, I don't know how you folks applied with RTD even?!
I wanted to do that but it explicitly asks you to fill out your Country Passport info.
RTD was not an option. Everybody keeps saying they applied with RTD, it's either that or they applied with their passports and don't want to admit it for some reason.

I don't remember that. I entered DL and GC info and it went through.
Well if you're telling the truth then if you applied now you'd need a passport - 100%
Maybe it did change then.
