I have applied for H1B extension on Sep 30 and got approval till 2029. My Current Visa stamp on my passport is till January 2026.
I am planning to go to India for a short trip and since I am planning to attend a Stamping in India. So, Is it advisable to attend for Stamping currently or will 100K affect this decision?
If for some reason, stamping goes wrong, can I return to the USA with existing stamping and extended I797A form?
