Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

Oh ok. I didn’t get my letter yet but I’ll ask my lawyer if they got it. Thank you! So excited for you. Finally your wait is over.
Thank you, my lawyer sent me email that he received my letter few minutes after I got back home and checked online and I gave him the good news that my card was mailed yesterday and he was shocked that it happened so fast because when I got the news of my grant he said it’s taking a while now from few weeks to months but I should be patient only for it to happen this way. Over all I am grateful

Congratulations brother @Raj006!! I also went out of country for 3 days to Canada!! My dream did come true! I flew and got in the Canada without any issues. This afternoon I was flying back from Canada to DC again. My heart was pounding but they only asked when I landed in Canada and how long was I here for. Then they took my fingerprints and said Welcome to US!

Pheww!

Those who are hanging in there it will all be worth it.
Hey linco34, did they ask you for the actual green card or passport only?

Hello all, i've read great comments here and happy to hear everyones dreams come true.
My parents were granted march 24,2025.
verbal approval in november of 2021.
nyc area
has been around 40 days since grant and no update. Called uscis and were told they haven't received the judge order so far. has anyone dealt with this as the waiting is so nerve wrecking.
Thanks.

Hello everyone!! Here’s a quick update on my husband’s 42B application. On April 30th, he had another appointment at the local immigration office, this time with his attorney. Before the appointment, the attorney went to court to ask what documents were needed for immigration, and they told him the only requirement was the judge’s letter. He also spoke with the local office supervisor the day before to make sure everything was in order.

When they arrived, things got a bit complicated, but the attorney asked to speak with the same supervisor he had talked to the day before. That helped resolve everything. They stamped my husband’s passport, and I checked his online account yesterday and today—here’s what it shows.

The reason I'm sharing this update is to encourage you to keep the faith and stay hopeful. Sometimes, even after a judge has approved your case and it seems like everything should be done, there may still be extra steps—and yes, even extra fees to your attorney. But if that’s what it takes to move things forward, it’s worth it. Don’t give up. You have rights, and your case matters. So please, stay strong, keep pushing, and never lose hope.

I just missed their call and my case is also here in Las Vegas. I’m freaking out!

Hello house, so today I got my grant letter on the mail with a very beautiful welcome letter and they said my card should arrive in about three weeks. I am excited because this is what I asked God for my birthday this year and my birthday is tomorrow. What a way to celebrate my new age. I pray all your wishes come through for everyone still waiting. I just want to share this to give someone hope. And guess what, it’s a ten years GC it says.
What a beautiful way to celebrate your birthday.
Congratulations and happy belated birthday.

Did they call you? They usually leave a message and number. My husband missed it 2x but they left a message for him to call them back.
They called back an hour later just to tell me that I was asking him the “wrong” questions and I should be patient lol. First, he said my case was closed because there was no visa available and I need to wait.

But you received a granted so that means the visa was available I don’t get it.
Exactly!

He also said my case was in Vermont, but case number shows as “received at another office” and the previous officer confirmed the case was at my state NV. Everything is super confusing.
