C. THE DIVERSITY IMMIGRANT (DV) CATEGORY RANK CUT-OFFS WHICH WILL APPLY IN JUNE
For June, immigrant numbers in the DV category are available to qualified DV-2025 applicants chargeable to all regions/eligible countries as follows. When an allocation cut-off number is shown, visas are available only for applicants with DV regional lottery rank numbers BELOW the specified allocation cut-off number:

I don’t know what FY is. Is that it for the rest of Oceania or can we expect to see more movement in upcoming releases? Oc18xx here

You have some chance Mijoro. I'm expecting/hoping to see at least OC1900, but that assumes they will at least take all the OC quota.
 
I’m OC24xx is it worth filing ds260? I know there’s been mention of predictibility of being around OC2000 meeting the cap roughly.. but I wanted to check if the quota has changed given the recent bulletin results?

The math says they won't get to that number. But there could be a surprise. If the surprise comes and make you current in the final month, there would not be time to submit your DS260 and get an interview. So - you should make your decision, understanding that it is a risk.

As for reasons to NOT file a DS260. It can be a "factor" that makes future NON immigrant visa applications harder, BUT it doesn't mean that you cannot be aproved for a NIV. It's just a factor.
