@chicago2021 please ask your attorney to reach out to the clerk and ask how long it'll take since all of the November 2021 were approved in CA. Yours is still pending. That's what I did. I kept on reminding my attorney to reach out to those guys stating that many people received theirs already.

I wish.. nothing yet. They asked me to wait 45 days. It'll be finished on March 31st. Let's see.. I still feel like it's a dream. Tears come out of my eyes when I think about going back home.

At first I'd like to travel to Niagara Falls (Canada side). I always went from US side and wondered how it's like to see the other side. My dream is to just walk through that bridge and see the other side of Niagara.

Hi everyone, any idea how much time do I have to wait before I can request an appointment for info pass? I got granted January 29th.

Ok I am sharing my experience since I and my wife got granted on February 24th 2025.
EOIR portal updated to Granted on 3/10/25.
My lawyer office received only mine letter on 3/17/25. Still waiting for my wife’s letter. My lawyer yesterday called me and let me know about receipt of my letter, I asked him to email me and also mail me via express mail.
I called USCIS yesterday 3/18/25 for infopass and talk to agent about granted letter for both of us. She took my personal info with A# and I-485 receipt # which’s is filed at the time with 42b application. Agent told Tier 2 officer will give me call back within 72 hrs and provided me his phone number and my service item number. After the phone call yesterday within 10 minutes I checked my case status with receipt number it’s saw my card is in production and will mail it out within 30 days.
Also today it’s saw I-485 approved. My appeal date deadline is April 9th. So it’s approved and processed on same day yesterday when I called USCIS.

A question to you, they never told you if your 485 had been closed?

We have the same situation. When my husband called the 1800 number to get an infopass the uscis said that they send us a letter saying that his I485 aplicación was closed and we been dealing with it cause we never submitted an I-485 it was a 42B and never received the letter from uscis.

Hello my family. Here comes my turn. I am so excited and can’t believe it’s happening to me right now. Finally got granted today.
5/2021 and approved today.
It shows last Friday was granted but showed today only.
Thank you everyone for support. Hope everyone else gets their grant letters soon.

Hi @Raj006 I think the card production has something to do with the states and the service center. East coast as always is taking time adjudicating the cases.
