yes. I travelled end of last year. they told me I could travel again within a year period.

Can someone file asylum and 42b together but won 42b and get green card can travel to home country and come back without any problems?

If you don’t travel within a year, will it be a problem? I believe it is not a mandatory requirement.

Can anyone tell me if they are granting 2022 verbal approval. My approval was 03/2022 and I am still waiting. On the other side I have a pending I-130 and was wondering if I can switch from one case to the other. Or what should I do. I can barely hold the wait.

I don't know. right now everything changed. I will talk to my lawyer about it but I will wait for things to settle down a bit.

You are about 6 months less plus to gay your granted letter from iJ and the other case I don’t have any idea. The time !!

My 45 days ended on the 25th of January, I called today to get an update and they took my information for someone to call me back to setup the info pass, has someone received the call back and instead of the appointment they just send you the GC or does the appointment go thru? Just a little lost.

I remember Buda went through same process and they just sent him GC via mail before the infopass appointment. You can start checking your uscis online case status with you I485 receipt no.

Well I got a call back from USCIS and got and email saying they would be transferring my request to the local branch, I think someone else case went. I am hoping it’s all good signs
