I don't think so , visas are by number not for situación.

Yes, there’s a family on Facebook group that has reached out to me personally and had this happened to them. He was not in holding either. There are special circumstances where judge will granted the case faster even on the spot.not the visas are for numbers not for cases.

My lawyer called the clerks office they said give them until March 1st to call them back they have a lot of decisions ahead of mine. So now not sure if they mean that my number is available and only needs a decision or if they will know if I have a number by March 1st - verbal approval is 9/21/21 court is Sacramento CA
