Then you’re fine!! After verbal approval you’re just waiting for an available visa. The BIA is not above a federal judge, so your approval will not be revoked UNLESS you have committed a bad enough crime that would change your outcome. Do not worry about the 30day BIA period if you haven’t done anything bad. It’s just a very long wait after the verbal approval!! Plus no one tells you where you are in line. This forum has been the only source of REAL information & updates. You will be able to follow people on here & figure out a loose timeline for your case. Good Luck Everyone!!

Let’s stay positive. I think they always put their own people whenever there is a change of administration. I’m really hoping it won’t affect us.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this long wait… I truly believe you’re case is ok since a federal judge already approved it. Unfortunately the wait is unbearable!! Only us who have waited understand the hopeless feeling. Have you ever called the judge’s clerk? I know it sucks to just not know anything regarding a timeline of when you will get granted.
