I am(USCitizen) Looking for an excellent Lawyer in or around Philadelphia, PA to file for my wife's Green Card with i-601 form. She came on a visit visa and is currently out-of-status.

Out of interest, why do you feel you need to file an I-601 form? I assume your wife is in the USA right now? If so any overstay will be forgiven by USCIS because of her marriage to a USC. She just must not leave the USA until her green card is processed.

BTW - Sorry I don't know any good lawyers.

Yet again, if your wife overstayed but it is still in the US an I-601 is not necessary. She can adjust status for as long as she was inspected by an immigration officer when she came in the US.
