When filling out the I 134 A form I mistakenly put the personal number instead of the passport number, how do I get the information corrected ?

When filling out the I 134 A form I mistakenly put the personal number instead of the passport number, how do I get the information corrected ?

You can submit a correction request through the USCIS Contact Center or file a new I-134A form with the correct information.
