"Add A Paper-Filed Case" Not working

I applied for asylum back in January 2021 and I have received my receipt number and everything. When I try to add a paper-filed case on myuscis, it says "We cannot find your case" However, checking my case status online on the regular website works just fine. Any idea how to fix that? Or is adding i589 to my uscis account not something I can do?

you have to use egov.uscisgov


my.uscis.gov doesn't work for asylum applicants, however down the road when you will apply for your EAD, it will then show up on your EAD case
