Fingerprint issue with my asylum process from 2016

Please I need help as I missed my biometric appointment due to none information from my lawyer and now am seeing case closed.
Please how can we get a new fingerprint appointment?

if you have the original notice, it has a box for rescheduling the appointment. Send that back to the USCIS.
Is the biometric for EAD renewal?

Thanks for your reply.No because we had the EAD renewed in June 2020 after an initial rejection. But the original biometrics letter was 2018.On the USCIS portal it says case closed due to biometrics
