Forms I-730 for my family

Hello, I don’t want to disappoint you, but my I-730 is pending at Nebraska since December 2018 , I sent many requests and complained to my senator with no help. However I heard about people getting approved in 5 months
The senator contacted USCIS and the reply was , the case is pending assignment to the officer, and after a month she contacted them again and the reply was case is pending and after another month I asked her if she has updates she said she will check, and I’m waiting
The lawyer did it for me , but once he sent the application he doesn’t care anything extra he asks for money
I sent mine i-730 to Texas service center on Feb 2019 and it is still pending
The worst thing is on Feb 2019 the process time was about 7 - 11 months but by the time it has been rolling back and today it is 33 to 42.5 months.When I applied the processing time was 6-8 months in both Nebraska and Texas, I really don’t think that there are officers working on I-730 applications. I’m hoping to get my green card to be able to file for my husband instead of I-730 .I sent mine i-730 to Texas service center on Feb 2019 and it is still pending
Did you apply for green card in Texas or Nebraska?
Yes i did apply for GC in Texas on Feb 2020
