Hi,
I'm on a TN currently. If/when I receive a job offer for another employer:
1) Can I visit a POE to add that employer as a concurrent full-time TN without having to exit the US (i.e. skip 14-day quarantine in another country)?
2) If the request to add another employer (concurrent TN) is denied, will it affect my current TN in any way? Would I return back to the US with my existing TN?
3) If the employer tied to my current TN ceases operation after a concurrent TN is approved, will that affect my concurrent TN? I assume I'd be allowed to stay in the US using the time period granted on the concurrent TN. Special procedures?
4) I-129 Mail-in option to apply for concurrent TN does not allow one to start work until approval is granted, right? This could take upwards of 6+ months once offices open; premium processing removed. So, better to visit a POE, right?
Thanks.
P.S. This thread isn't directed at NelsonA, though I would greatly appreciate his help as always.
