I forgot to include one of my work experiences. Is it possible to update my DS 260 to include? What are the consequences? Or is there any other way to do it? Thanks

You can email KCC to unlock the form to add that, although if it is one small period of time it may not be significant at all - and therefore you can simply update the form at the interview.
