No last name for filling I-485 form

My son is 6 yrs old and is applying for 485 with me. His passport and I-94 have the following names:

Surname : (blank)
Given name: ABC Kumar Singh


His visa has:
Family name: ABC Kumar Singh
Given name : FNU

I am filling I-485 form and I am not sure what to write as first name and last name.

I am sure there are lot of people in my situation.

Any help will be appreciated.

What is on his birth certificate? That is what USCIS looks at when there is a discrepancy in the other documents.

Birth certificate has just one name: ABC Kumar Singh

It doesn't specify what is first or last? That's not a problem, many US birth certificates are like that.

If there is no comma between the names, his first name would be ABC, middle name Kumar, last name Singh.
