Starting employment on DV Visa

Once I enter the US after successful interview, do I need to wait until I get physical Green card in order to start working? Or is the DV Visa in my passport enough? I already have SSN, so that won't be a problem. I'd appreciate if you could please help me, I've been trying to find information about that, but no luck. Thanks!

Legally, the visa is enough (once you have activated it). The SSN card you have may say something like "not authorized for work", but many companies don't even ask to see the card itself.

The I-551 stamp that will be affixed to your passport when you enter USA is good enough to start work with. It's on list A, number 3.

I have already sent DSP122 & DS230 forms to KCC and my case is being processing for DV 2014. Meanwhile My Second baby was born one month back. So please be kind enough to instruct me that how do I produce the details of my new born baby to KCC. What is the form type that I should use. please someone help me.
