DHL Problem Need Your Advice ( A.P.)

`Hi guys,
When i went to pay DHL fees, i gave them abroad address. He said we can't send your passport abroad, tell the council then come back. When i met the council he asked for DHL slip, i told him the story. He said ok np . After the interview has finished, he gave me our passports and said we will contact you. He didn't mentioned anything about DHL.i went out of embassy and i thought i can pay double to DHL on my place.
i called them yesterday they said no way. We can only send your passports. I need your advice

I'm guessing that you had your interview in a different country from your country of residence. In that case you will need to provide the US embassy with an address inside the country you had your interview in. Find a relative or trusted party in that country and use their address. Otherwise, you will have to ask the embassy about the possibility of picking it up in person.
