Hello, my work visa has expired almost a year ago, I did not re apply for it because of some complications.
I am planning to getting married soon, but would my visa being expired cause problems with the getting trough the interview process?
And i had a friend tell me that there is a year deadline after you have lose your status. If you get married after a year the status change you will not get trough the interview process is this true?
