When do you have to send the DSP-122 and DS-230 Form by?

Can someone please let us know when you have to send the DSP-122 and DS-230 Form by? I won the lottery, but I was single at the time of application and now I am thinking of getting married and submitting my spouse documents with mine.

Can someone please provide some guidance on this?

If you are going to apply, you should send the forms before your case number is current. How quickly that happens depends on your case number - post it here (but X out the last couple of digits)

The result or the confirmation was available on MAy 1st 2013.
Do the Kcc provide a packets of the form or we have to print ourself and send it?

The forms are available as PDFs of their website. You complete them, print them and send them.

DSP122 & DS-0230 Signature

Hi,

May I know if the DSP122 & DS-0230 needs to be signed, my form are filled in my Native country however I am working abroad. Can someone else sign my form or can it be sent without signature?

The 122 form needs to be signed, the 230 form MUST not be signed.
