Removal proceedings and the I-130

My husband and I met last March. We got married pretty quickly, because we are both muslim. We applied for the I-130 and the I-485. A few weeks after we got Married my husband was arrested by immigration for over staying his student visa. Since then have had our interview in chicago. The officer requested more information and gave us 84 days to send it in. We sent it in, but we haven't heard anything. We never even recieved an reciept for it. So I've called immigration way too many times and they say they are looking into it. I started to get really worried thinking maybe they lost it. so I also went in on an info pass in Tampa(we moved) and the guy there said since my husband was in removal proceedings everything was probably on hold until his court date. I am sort of freaking out now since I just had a baby on April 19th. I am really scared they're going to send my husband back to egypt. & I'll be left here without him to raise our baby alone. I know it looks bad how quickly we got married and him being arrested so soon after, but we really love each other. I don't want to lose him. What do you think the chances are of him getting deported?

Instruct your hubby not to sign anything any USCIS officer will present to him. And hire a good immigration lawyer. If you do not have the money talk to a Catholique immigration services
