Hello. I am married with an american citizen. We had a terrible experience in our first interview and failed about 3 years and half ago. We have been called for a second interview at fbi building - stokes interview. We passed it and i have recieved a conditional green card - 2 years. We have filled up 9 months ago to remove my conditions . I have been living in a dif city then my wife since none of us could find a job in that area for several months. Not makeing enuff to be able to support both of us here. My wife got ill and cant work. She owes a house in a dif state so is rent free there. However before i get in more details we have entered the married in good faith passed stokes and now recieved a letter asking for more supportive documentation. If not they will call us to another interview. We do love eachother and we get to see eachother when we can afford. Economy is really bad. Can we be called for a second stokes interview? Can they hurt us again?

Do you have proof of that, like airline or train tickets (or receipts)?

How long have you been living apart? Do you still have a joint bank account? You mentioned that she's ill ... is she on your health insurance? Is your name on the house she owns?

If she's not working, why doesn't she stay with you? Having her stay with you won't increase your rent. Some couples live in different states because both can't find jobs in the same state, but if she's not working you can't use that excuse.

Yes and yes.

About one year. Didnt keept all the plane tickets. We do have two joint accounts . No, we cant afford health insurance. No, I didnt want my name on the house. She cant live with me . Its just a place where I crash to sleep after work. I work 6 days per week 12-14 hrs. Its just a small room.

Looks like you better get prepared for a long, harsh interview. Even if your marriage is actually genuine, it's shining FAKE in blinking lights, in the suspicious eyes of USCIS. Hopefully that joint account has enough money and activity to save your skin.

Well, we have submited over 500 pages during the time on our file, bills on both of our names, bank joint accounts, taxes filed up together, letters from family and friends, tons of pictures from trips and family events, letter from employer and co-workes who testify that I go constantly to see her. Passed stokes , how is this possible? Just because you live apart for a while? Just because you dont have health insurance? If you cant afford those things you fake? We been thinking if they call us for another interview to make a clear statement and let them know we will take this to a court. What kind of crime have we commited?

Good (sort of). 500 pages is bad if 90% of it is useless stuff (like letters from co-workers, as mentioned below).

tons of pictures from trips and family events
Good, if the pictures have both of you together and are at recognizable places far away.

letter from employer and co-workes who testify that I go constantly to see her.
Useless, unless they personally saw the two of you together and stated that fact in their letters, and the letters were notarized.

Yes, and a year is more than just "a while". A common strategy of bogus couples is to put on a show to get the first green card, but that is difficult for bogus couples to sustain for another 2-3 years, so their case breaks down when it's time to file for removal of conditions. Passing the Stokes doesn't mean smooth sailing after that; they will reevaluate your marriage when you file to remove conditions.

Just because you dont have health insurance? If you cant afford those things you fake? We been thinking if they call us for another interview to make a clear statement and let them know we will take this to a court. What kind of crime have we commited?
No crime. But when you're applying for a green card, the burden of proof is on the applicant. If you live your life in a way that doesn't generate sufficient proof, and also have things counting against you like living apart, you'll have problems and may be denied.
