I am scheduled for oath ceremony on Tuesday (11/27/2012) in Chicago and today i am not able to find oath ceremony letter. I have only one day- tomorrow. The sad thing is that i don't know oath ceremony address. but it is in Chicago. What is the best way to address this ? Your immediate help is greatly appreciated.

Check out the USCIS and search for the ceremony location, you should find it there.
As far as the missed letter, don't worry, go to the ceremony, they have all your information. my letter got lost in the mail, and i showed up, when they asked for the letter, i told them i never got it in the mail, my lawyer told me when and where to go. I completed my ceremony with no issues at all after that.

If possible, go to the local USCIS office where you had your interview and ask them if they can provide you a copy of your letter.
