I just got my 10 YEAR green card on June 05,2012 by marriage to a us citizen.
we have married for 3 years, I have got GC 2 year 10 month.
I can apply for citizenship now, or I am better to wait for 3 years of GC?
Do i NEED to use an attorney to file the N-400?
if I hire an attorney, if it is better then file on my own?
please let me know
if I can send the same documents I file for I751 TO n400?

I presume from your post that you got your (conditional) GC 2 years and 10 months ago through marriage to a U.S. citizen (and in particular your spouse was already a U.S. citizen at the time you got married).
If yes, and if you were married for at least 3 full years, then you can file N-400 now and do not need to wait for 3 years since getting the GC. But you do need to make sure that you satisfy all the other relevant requirements for naturalization at the time of filing N-400, such as the physical presence requirement, good moral character, 3 months state/district residency requirement etc. Read "A guide to naturalization" for details:

Most people file N-400 themselves, without using an attorney. You'd only really need an attorney if you have something particularly complicated in your immigration history, such as a criminal record etc.

Generally, no.
I-751 and N-400 have rather different documentary requirements in terms of what needs to be submitted (although there is some overlap). You'll need to read the N-400 document checklist carefully and see which items there apply to you:
