They want Full Middle name twice on the N-400 - once where you write the name and then as it appears on my green card. The point is that on my green card it is only middle initial, while on the N-400 it says: Full middle name, EXACTLY as it appears on the green card. I am confused - If I write it EXACTLY as it is on the GC should be just middle initial, if I write it full then it won't be exactly as on the green card. Any help ?

That is what I did.
Also I learned that, at interview, they try to stick to your birth certificate name however some IO allows some exceptions on middle name/initial. for eg. 1) On my passport, Full middle name, 2) On GC, middle initial and 3) On birth certificate, no middle name so I was suspecting that they would strip out my middle name (unless I opt for name change) but they accommodated full middle name as shown on passport.

That part doesn't ask for "Full middle name", it asks for your name exactly as it appears on the green card. If your middle initial is on the card, write your middle initial, not your full middle name.
