To Nigerians birth in Lagos

Where did you select as city of birth for lagos, is it your local govt. area or lagos when you are filling your DV application?
On the dvlottery websites, it states (Enter Birth City Only. Do not enter District/County/Province/State)
Lagos is a state... so enter city where u were born in Lagos.........e.g Mushin (myself)

Thanks. But if a form requested for place of birth without city, what shoud be put there between Lagos or Mushin?

Place of birth refers to the name of the province, territory or country in which the person was born.
Lagos is a province/state & its preferable for place of birth except if otherwise stipulated as city of birth eg. in dv lottery form..........

Just use the Local Govt Area. It will be more easier to understand. Like me, I was born in Ajegunle, Apapa, lagos. So i used Apapa as my birth city.
