Name change in Newark, NJ (n400)

I have an interview coming up next month.. and in my application I have requested to change my name.. actually just taking the middle name out and keeping the same first and last name.. I was wondering if this would delay the oath ceremony..

I know that we can do same day oath ceremony in Newark office but because of the name change... will they reschedule oath ceremony????

Please share your experience..
