other than proof of employment because it will be terminated anyway in time of visa application because only end of program is in US.There are relatives in US
Also does employment in Non governmental organisation automatically raise suspicion for some reason
 
yeah, that heightens suspicion. see your embassy to check what they advise. Every embassy have different status with regards to US relations.

Try to check it to the embassy or to the immigration office near you. Or just ask an attorney that are expert in visa and immigration issue. In this way, you can get the information that you need about your problem.
