I am sorry that I didn't have a chance to log in here so I didn't see your question. Actually It is my boyfriend's experience. I am sorry. Anyway, he told me that the interview went smoothly and very fast. The question is not complicated at all. It takes like 15 mins to finish his interview. Good luck for your interview src_123 :)

hi ploy.
i passed interview boston do at May31 still did not receive oath letter, but i think ceremony is in August.

Hi furyaw,
Please post your boston interview experience as i have interview scheduled in next two weeks. i wanted to find out how IO is going to start Interview process and what kind of questions he/she will be asking so that i can see if any additional documentation is required apart from what has been asked in the interview letter.
Thanks
Sri

My father had his interview on 6/17 and is yet to receive his oath letter. We are all a bit anxious for him to receive the letter and I also heard that it will be sometime in August. I tried calling the USCIS number in hopes of getting any information of when he will be receiving this letter with no such luck. Is there a phone number to the Boston office?

Hope that everyone gets their letter soon.

The good thing is that he had his interview. Now you can relax and wait for Oath letter. It shouldn't take more than 120 days. If it does you can file Mandamus and force USCIS render the decision.

Good luck

Thank you everyone for sharing your experience here. My boyfriend is still waiting for the letter. His online status is also still in 'Testing and interview'. I am in oversea and have to book the ticket in advance to join the ceremony.

Hope that everyone will get the oath letter soon. Well please keep me update your status everyone. Thank you so much. :)

So you guys are so selfish that you are only concerned about you and even thinking about others who are in need of help.

src_123, I would love to help but I can't help since it is my bf's case. Everyone might be too busy to log in here. Hope that someone can help you with this soon.

Hello,
I had N400 interview done and got oath letter same day i got my oath scheduled for Aug 31st in Boston.

My interview was on August 23 and I got my oath letter the same day. After the interview, I was told to wait in the lobby and was given the letter afte about 10mins from the end of my interview. My oath is today, August 31, about a week after the interview.
My interview lasted about 15 to 20mins. Was asked to lift my hand and swear to tell the truth before I sat down. Was asked to confirm information about my identity like name, age and where I live and he went straight to the civic questions. Was asked 6 questions only cause I passed them all. I was also asked to write an english sentence.. all easy stuff. He then went through my file asking questions like how I came, if I had ever been arrested, how many times I was married, any kids (cause I'm married to a citizen), how long I've been married, if I'm part of any organizations etc.. Was asked to sign my pictures and put my signature on a few forms and was told to go and wait in the lobby.
He also gave me the welcome package and a form stating that I had passed the interview and civics questions.
