22 years old what to do?!
hi my father and mother win the lottery and will have their interview in few days.I have some questions:

1-I am their only child and I go to university here. If they go I dont have anyone here so what can I do to go with them? which visa should I have to just go with them? and should I go with them to the embessy and ask for visa the same day or not?

2-Before this I wanted to study in US but when my mother and father had the Green card would it be difficult for me to gain this visas?

You said you go to university "here". I presume "here" is your home country?

Their green cards will make it difficult for you to get a student visa, but not impossible. When studying in the US, will you have a source of financial support separate from them? Have you already applied to US universities? Have you ever visited the US before? Do you plan to complete your existing degree program before studying in the US?

If you quit your existing degree to move to the US, it would look like it's because your parents moved to the US. If you give the impression that you want the student visa so you can be closer to them, you won't get the visa. Your ties need to be to your home country, not your parents in the US.

Somebody told me today that my dad could write my name as his qualify son because I was student in that moment(even over 21)! Is there any law like that?

Student status has nothing to do with it. But if you were under 21 when he originally submitted the visa lottery application over a year ago, you could qualify. Were you under 21 at that time? Did they list you on the application? Have you always been unmarried?
