What kind of form will I need for my 15 years old daughter, also one of my daughter is 18 so including myself and spouse do I need (3) N400 forms to complete and (1) N-600, further my green card was issued on 16th Aug - 2006 , so I am assuming that 16 May makes it 90 days before my five years. (Please advise)...

3 N-400's - one for your spouse, one for yourself, and one for your 18-year-old daughter.

N-600 for your 15-year old can only be filed after you or your spouse (assuming your spouse is her other parent) complete naturalization. But after you naturalize, you can apply for your and your 15-year-old's US passports together.

90 days before August 16 is May 18, not May 16. But anyway it's already after May 18 so you're OK to apply now. Be careful to check the "resident since" date on your spouse's and daughters' green cards, in case theirs has a different date than yours (it's common for the derivative GCs to be approved a few days after the primary).

Thanks for your reply, so you are saying I cannot apply for my 15 Year old daughter (Green Card Holder) till myself or my wife get naturalized and how can i apply for her passport if she is not a citizen. I am sure you are mistaken as lot of of my friends have processes thr kids together..

he is right

you have to get citizenship first then apply for your 15 yr old through n 600 ... refer to page 17 of the m476 (naturalization guide)

Your 15 year old will automatically become a US citizen on the day either parent naturalizes, provided that the other relevant criteria for the Child Citizenship Act are satisfied (living in the legal and physical custody of the naturalized parent, etc.).

So she will be eligible for a US passport the same time you are (or earlier than you, if your wife completes naturalization before you).
