I found that

You must visit the Department of State website at [ where you will find instructions for completing the required processing steps.

2.Prepare the form DSP-122(80148.pdf) and DS-230.
3. Send it with the barcode, I mean the letter you printed out when you checked online to KCC the address is written on the selectee status
