i am 21 years old now, my dad got his U.S Citizenship 9.11.2001. and i came to USA around Nov, 2004. so do i need to apply N-600 to get the U.S citizenship or i need to apply for N-400 for citizenship.
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where were you before 2004? What was your status then?
9/11 was a bad day ... most likely CIS offices would have shut down for the day. Are you sure of the date?

i have a greed card.. that's all

The answer to your original question depends on some additional information.

When exactly did you get a green card? Was it before your 18th birthday?
If yes, did you live in the U.S. with your father after getting a green card? Did he have legal custody of you?

(If your parents are still married, then he automatically had legal custody of you, but if your parents are divorced, the custody would have been determined by the divorce conditions)

Exactly.
It will be nice if you can describe chronologically what all happened in terms of green card (how and timeframe), travel to US, custody, parents naturalization. Getting citizenship through parents is possible but you need to satisfy a bunch of requirements.
