I have had a green card (which I obtained through marriage) for over 3 years now, and I believe I am now eligible for citizenship. During the process of becoming a citizen at any point will I be unable to travel outside of the US, and if so for how long?

You will be able to conduct international travel, using your GC, up to the very day of the naturalization oath.
There will be a brief period after the naturalization oath when you will not be able to travel internationally, namely between the oath and the moment you obtain a U.S. passport.

However, you should keep in mind that you will need to meet the continuous residency requirement up to the moment of taking the oath, and not just at the moment you submit N-400. So if you do extensive (I mean several months) travel between the time of submitting N-400 and the naturalization oath, it may cause problems during the interview and possibly a problem with the oath.
