Need an advise foir my firend's family immigration

My friends father had applied for daugher's family immigration, they went for an interview at Mumbai consulate in June 2010.
Due to some legal issues consulate ask to provide some documentation which is now taken care off and they are submitting this coming week.

Please provide me your advise regarding below:

Now in the month of January 2011 if 3 family members including daughter and her two kids- son and daughter (who is turning 21 in April) is planning to come, will that create any issues for husband who is coming later.
Daughter's daughter is studying and will not be able to take a month long break from college and if she goes back with in 7-10 days and comes back after her exams, will it creates any re-entry problems.

Why are you posting? Tell your friend to get a username and post herself as there are likely questions that need to be answered that you are not privy to. They cannot be too concerned about immigrating if it took 6 months to obtain the needed documents.

the girl has 180 days from the day of the visa issue date to enter america

Thanks for reply its not about entering in 180 days . she turns 21years and wants to come but before she gets GC, has to return back due to school and when she returns than will have any consequences.
 
its not gonna have issues with her getting her gc.. but in the following years if she spends a few days in america and a major portion abroad, she might be considered as a commuter alien and that might not do her good in the future
