hello everyone, just to post our experience in here, yesterday we receive an e-mail from the local consulate stating that my doughter can get the visa, since there are a few available they request us to end all the documents needed soon as possible, so now we are gathering averything, so after they receive documents they arrange an interview date
i will post here our exoerience after interview.
Just a few question more, we already have the immigrant visa yet, to the interview is needed t go all the family or only my doughter and i?

Eh, hope now she would not again say NO!!
Yes, I think since she is a minor (though act pretty much like a major!) you as Mom and DV winner needs to go with her.

Let her know that after receiving the visa she needs to go with you as one family unit to enter US, or if she choose to come bit late, needs to do it before 6 months. If not her chance of DV-GC will be gone for good. Visa expiry date will be printed on her visa.
