Today i got this email

We reopened this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN on October 6, 2010, and are now reviewing our earlier decision. We also mailed you a notice describing the next steps in the process. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Our review should be completed within 30 days. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen


what does it mean ?? its opsitive or negative sign

please give me advice
 
i am in the green card process , i am married and over 21 , my father a US citizen filed I 130 for me
i never had any interview
i applied in jan 2009 and my file approve in jun 2010

I don't understand why you filed to reopen...:( If your petition was filed only in Jan 2009, why was there a denial to start with?
 
does this mean they will deny my I130 or what ?? and why ?

Why did you file to re-open the case? Was the I-130 approved or denied? Did you file the I-130/485 concurrently? Unless you know the facts of your own case, it will be hard for anyone to help you.
 
i never filed to re-open my case at all , the I 130 was approved
i filed the I 130 only not 485 since i am not eligible to 485 as married son over 21
