When I wrote to them, it took about 2 days to receive a reply, you have to include your full name, case number and full date of birth mmddyyyy, otherwise you just get a reply asking for this.

Hey! Just received my 2NLIt took about five weeks for the letter to get from KCC to Europe.
Great news. Hopefully I will get mine soon, they do seem to be very slow to arrive, are they sending them by carrier pigeon or what?

The 2NL doesn't really contain any info that you didn't know yet - it just states your exact interview date and location, and tells you to carefully follow the online instructions for interview preparation. There are no signatures or stamps on it or anything, so worst case scenario I think you can email KCC and they should be able to send you the NL as a PDF file which you can print out at home.

KCC replied to my email, with the 2NL attached so I could print it out. As other people have posted, there is not much info in the letter, but I do think you need a copy to take to the interview with you.
Anyway, I now have all documents, medicals, travel and hotel booked, fingers crossed...Good luck everyone else.
