My dad who is in India right now with expired green it’s been 2 years now. So he has abandoned his green card status and does not qualify for SB1 visa.

U.S consulate officer in Mumbai advised him to let my mom or me or my brother to file a I-130 since we are all U.S citizen. My mother who is US citizen is in India with him just traveling. So I have to do the filing.

My question is on I-130.

1) Do I need do submit my photo or my fathers passport size photo
2) Its doesn't say anything about G-325A.
3) From instruction I think all they are asking is -- my birth certificate, fathers birth certificate, mom/dad marriage certificate, my us citizen certificate with passport. And my dads Indian passport copy?

If anyone has experience on filing parents, please share your experience. I want to be confident when I sent all my paper work.

Thanks you in advance for your help.

1. Your dads photos only
2. Don't know what that is
3. All yes. Copy of ur dads bio page in his passport (where all the info is)
