Still got some question to ask for AOS

hi guys..
I'm on 2010 year, but case number kinda big 2010AS00026XXX...so still waiting for my number became current:(

1.I received the second letter receipt for paying $375 proceeding fee, but after that I didn't get more instruction for what do I need to do next.

2.I went to local USCIS office ask about filing AOS instruction last year, but they didn't say much about it, just gave me some forms, I483 ,G325A, I693, I864. and told me mail them after I fill out.
is all those the from I need to fill all out then mail to USCIS when my cut off number us become current? Or should I mail them earlier?

3.Also second letter mention about “You must submit the Diversity Visa notification letter we send you to the USCIS office near your place to apply for adjusted of status”
When should I submit this “Notification letter” and where? Same time with AOS application form (when number became current ) or send it earlier and individually?

I've ask some lawyer, but each of them gave me different information, and different from I got from here....kinda feel hopeless:(

Thank you guys..and please give me the instruction as detail as possible.

the aos procedure is there. also you should send in your nl, as instructed by the 2nd nl, to the nearest uscis office to where you live right now.
you should go for your medicals right now too ... because we expect to be current soon.
prepare your forms according to the link above and make copies of everything. once current send them in.

my cn is as25xxx. many of us in this range are expecting to be current in the july bulletin which shd be published tomorrow.
don't waste any more time, prepare everything now.

and I didn't see anyone mention mail "NL" to local USCIS that what i missed..:P

about the "NL" mail to USCIS, do I need attach anything else?

send a copy of the 1st notification letter you received from kcc, the one with the barcode on it, to your nearest uscis office. you should do this only after you receive confirmation from kcc that you are doing aos (2nd nl). in my case, i also enclosed a cover letter stating that i am following instructions as per the 2nd nl, to submit a copy of the notification letter.
