Folks: My wife and I passed the interview yesterday, but the IO said a decision cannot yet be made.

1. When is the earliest I can make an InfoPass appointment.

2. What option should I select on USCIS website when I am trying to schedule a USCIS appointment?

a) Order from Immigration Court - If you were directed to us for processing based on an order from the Immigration Judge. You must bring all documents required in the post order instructions given to you by the court.

b) Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing.

c) EAD inquiry appointment - If your I-765 employment authorization application has been pending for more than 90 days.

d) Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment.

It doesn't matter much but this might be a good option, I have selected this for my last 3 infopass appt
b) Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing.

Hi ManishVora_99

Have you had positive answers to all questions, including Traffic Citation? I have seen, saying yes to Traffic Citation could delay by few weeks.

gcdetails - thanks. Quick question - did they give you any timeline for the completion of the background check?
