It depends on how many candidates and how many clerk processing oath letter. I estimate that it roughly take 60 minutes
to process 60 oath letter per one pair of USCIS clerk (one clerk accept oath letter and the other let you verify
certificate). After everyone's oath letter is processed, the oath ceremony will take 30 minutes. The oath itself take a few minutes then, the clerk call each and everyone to physically get the certificate one by one. After that there are some activities like waltching vidoe of Obama's greeting etc. I don't think it is polite to leave right after you get youyr certificate.
So if your oath is scehduled at 1pm, most likely you can leave the USA between 2:30PM and 3:00PM.
