Has anybody heard of a derivative asylee ( already in the U.S. ) receiving his/her Green Card despite the principle asylee being branded the generic email/mail related to 212.a.3.b.?

I just applied for my GC and I wonder if they will approve my application since they don't need to issue a visa number. My mom and brother ( living back home ) haven't received their approvals ( I 730s ) because of my father's inadmissibility.. I doubt I'll reply any response on this...because this might be an unusual case..but just felt like throwing it out there.
