Hi,
Just as a question, it is theoretical at this point, and don't want to be in a situation where I test the veracity of the answer, but don't think I have seen the answer here so would like to know.
What happens if you are good from every way in terms of eligibility and documentation but fail the civics test. Do they retest? Do you have to reapply after a given wait period, if so, how long is the wait period? etc.
If I were to pass and my wife were to fail or the other way around, and we happened to lose our GC's due to residency requirements at some point in the future. What would you need to do to apply for GC when/if you wanted to re-establish it.
