Well, excitingly enough I have my interview tomorrow at 1:45pm in San Francisco. This hopefully will go fine, no reason for it not to. However, I just realized that I always write cursive, I never use print. I know that, from experience, a growing number of people don't know how to write in cursive any more.

Either way, I hope I can safely assume that the interview officer will be able to read cursive :) I wonder if anyone ever had any issues with this ?

Not too worried, just curious...

So if he wants you to print, print.

PRINT...I am in the same boat..Someone else can hardly read what i write( .Grew up in doctors...family...bad habit passed to me.:) ).

The instruction also say one should write or print or type in uppercase
but many do not do that because they do not read instruction carefully enough. But no problem is raised. So it is not that important as long as the
USCIS can read. In worst case, the IO may give you a blank N400 and
ask you to refill a new one at interview.

But why don't you type a electronic version of PDF and then print it out?
You do not have to write yoru A# on each page if you do the electronic version
